HM series horizontal CNC milling machine (machining center) is a heavy-duty CNC equipment developed for machining large plates, various boxes, frame structures, rough machining and semi finishing. The bed is made of HB250 high quality cast iron, and the casting is annealed two times to eliminate internal stress. The combination of the whole structure, the layout of the stiffened plate and the high rigidity adopts the advanced template design. After computer simulation and finite element analysis and verification, the structure is reasonable and the function and performance are complete. Oversized columns and saddles have excellent rigidity and strength to ensure optimum stability of the machine. The machine X, Z axis adopts precision linear rolling guide, feed stability, friction coefficient is small, can bear heavy cutting and ensure high precision operation. Y axis adopts rectangular hard rail, spindle head forward to make the cutting torque and the weight of the oil pressure is reduced to a minimum, with the nitrogen balance, Z axis sliding phenomenon, to ensure that the spindle has excellent rigidity and strength and the best cutting stability.
